I used to, too. My name is Angela and I’m a trauma survivor. I grew up in a home with a very abusive alcoholic father and suffered in pain and fear for many years.
After a scary health crisis in my 20’s that included diagnoses of:
chronic fatigue syndrome, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, depression, and complex PTSD,
​I was turned away from the best of Western medicine with no answers or support, and was divinely led to holistic healing practitioners. This is when I discovered Eden Energy Medicine and learned that the root cause of all my manifested symptoms were correlated to a history of trauma. I had been in talk therapy for the majority of my life, had been to countless doctors, I even had a degree in counseling psychology, & this was new information to me! I didn’t understand this type healing modality, or how to “release trauma,” and felt afraid to try it at first, but I couldn’t deny that my physical, emotional, and spiritual health were improving with each session- and no one in my life could, either! I have been living the work of Donna Eden since 2016. Now that I have the empowering tools to reset my once chronically overwhelmed nervous system, my health is the best it has ever been!

I am an empathic entrepreneur who has a passion for empowering others to holistically heal from the physical, emotional, and spiritual consequences of trauma and to say “No More” to all forms of abuse. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Aurora Heath Services, a Clinical Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, a Support Coach to amazing Life Coaches (shoutout to Christina Fontana & Tanya Bashor!), and Board Member with OMA Center for Mind, Body, & Spirit. I have worked as a Domestic Violence Counselor and Children’s Advocate, Sexual Trauma Counseling Intern, and a Drug and Alcohol Therapist. I credit God, energy medicine, and other holistic modalities with healing my life! My mantra is “protect your peace” to allow your body the opportunity for natural healing to occur. I am currently writing a book about my amazing journey to inspire others to never lose hope! Our birthright is wellness!!
